Possibly Sphecodes ephippius?
Quite large, red extends to T4 and the spines on the legs are a translucent reddish colour.

The Sphecodes could be ephippius as seems to have short hairs on the front of T1 – not totally certain

The black wasp is a Crossocerus species of which there are quite a few.
Crossocerus has the ocelli in an equilateral triangle and one submarginal cell on the wings both shown clearly
